I take the time to really get to know yourself and your brand to produce the best results possible. I won’t stop working until you’re 100% happy with your new design!

Hello there, my name is Krysten Newby – a versatile UK freelance illustrator and graphic designer, residing in Bury St Edmunds, located in the rural county of Suffolk, England.

I’m a self confessed O.C.D sufferer (Obsessive Creative Disorder).

Growing up in rural Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, I’ve always been so inspired by my surroundings consisting of wildlife and miles of gorgeous countryside. Birds & British wildlife in particular are my number one source of inspiration, you’ll see it a lot in my work.

In 2014, I graduated from University Campus Suffolk with a Bachelor’s first class degree in Graphic Communication. Since then, I worked for a few months at a local design studio, then went off on my own to do part time freelance work, which I’m pursuing today.

Living with multiple chronic illnesses (Rheumatoid Arthritis & Fibromyalgia to name a couple) that make my life very difficult, working from home is an absolute blessing, as I am unable to leave the house most days.

I guess you’re wondering what I get up to when I’m not designing, eh?

Well,  going back to my admiration for wildlife again, another passion of mine is taxidermy. I’m an ethical taxidermist (Since 2013) living a Vegan lifestyle. For my final project at Uni I combined my design skills with my taxidermy skills and I now manage and own a brand by the name of Taxidermy Co. UK. Visit the website at
